We purchased our saltless water tank in Sept 2022, best purchase we've made. We have extremely hard water and this system has taken all of the sulfur smell out, plus our water does not leave rust stains on our toilets, tubs etc.. Larry from Aqua water was very kind and did a great job at explaining everything, it's been 3 years and they are still eager to help and answer any questions I may have! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Aqua Otter came out and tested our water, letting us see that we did not want to be drinking (or even bathing in) the city water at our house (we are in the suburb Fuquay-Varina, NC). He gave us options and explained the benefits of different units. My family of 5 are now proud owners of a whole house water filtration system with a fluoride filter.
